omg its been almost O.N.E Y.E.A.R since i last posted something!

oh wells i also duno wad spurred me on to post something, probably its because of belinda's tumblr that inspired me to post something again. and probably its because theres loads of things on my mind lately

not really loads of things, just a few stuff, yet enough to fill my mind

it seems like its only a single issue, but surrounding it is ALOT of issues, things like my mum may start to nag at me to get a job soon, and i can't just say like " oh.. i am still in search for it.." in search means its at least a month to me properly start work, see.

fine, i also don't know where am i going in this post. i think i will probably end up working for what im educated for. MAY. oh mans that sucks!

I miss harry potter and feel like reading it. how i wish the magical world exists and how i wish im born in it (with no voldemort).

school is starting again soon!!! really reallyyyyy soonnnnn....

but honestly, i can't wait for it to start, for it to end.

i simply feels that its time for me to get done schooling and get a proper work, start proper job and earn some money to pay back. pay back to my parents, pay back to society.

theres so much decision making to be done in coming months. i feel that my indecisiveness, and consider-all-sorts-of-outcome, and weighing-all-pros-and-cons character had wasted me so so much time. so much of my decision is based on my strength instead of my interest; i studied biomed wif an interest for physiology in mind (and to proof that poly route is just as good), i continued to biosci thinking," why not since this is what i can do well in?", and also cause my internship at that time put me off from working.. and yes! i've succeeded in entering uni wif a pretty well gpa score, and in my third year in biosci at ntu somehow miraculously pulled my gpa to a safe region. and here am i, believing that its more impt to go for something you are good in rather that you are interested in, and doing well in something i am strong in. the question kicks in: what am i going to do in future? to simply carry on with the career for which i've been specialising in and trained for? or to step into a new adventure, go for a change, something new and exciting? seriously, this takes courage.

bioscience, oh my gosh. simply noble. but i am not one. bioscience, to me is fascinating, lots to be unraveled, addictive. yes bioscience is interesting, but to me is just as interesting as business studies, as geography, as art.

routes beyond bioscience: oh my gosh, unknown, uninformed, ignorance, is scary and intimidating.

wells.. once again boredom pushed me into writing another post..

its towards the end of july now. Now is suppositely the end of my internship, but now i am nowhere near to leaving this place, cause i am continuing to do my FYP here! =) =( ? (means half happy half sad)

this couple of weeks has been so boring; where is everyone?!?! everyone seems to be busy with something, with holidays with exams, with anything that makes them unavailable. am I the only one so free?

i am so freaking bored that i no longer feel like doing anything.. just waiting for 6pm daily and go home nua and watch movie =.= zzzzzzzzzzzz

Wells... I am so bored at work, hence decided to do something "constructive", that is updating this blog! =D

ok just to con't from previous post (which was posted in midst of horrible exams):
exams are over, and I find my results fantastic=D

I am currently having internship at XXX company (just in case i wrote something i shouldnt have =p). So far I pretty like the environment, basically cause the people here are nice, and its surrounded by trees and plants and animals, and more plants =x doesn't sounds like a place in Singapore yea? that's why I like it; it being away from car exhaust and the sea of commuters who are constantly rushing for lunch and getting back to work on time.
what I even more "like" (note the " " ) about here is that i am becoming a better, more efficient farmer as days go by... (pls read between the lines and words...) hahahahha...

ok stop here... shall say no more about internship..
days are passing faster and faster... *I love it*

in the midst of all the stress, suffering from neuron loss and neuron regeneration not quick enough, i am so so super lost at what i am going to do in the future. an average student- can't possibly get a dishwashing, data entry kinda job, while the top companies wouldn't want to employ an average student, who is drowned in the pool of elites..

mugging for the exam paper on tuesday

yet another one of the 6 papers in this semester

yet another one among the numerous exam papers in university

yet another one of the countless papers for the 5 years running, that i am fighting to obtain what i regard as a satisfactory GPA score

yet just another exam that i experience twice a year in my past..... 18 years of student life

yet i am still feeling so stress

from stress from parents, proceed on to stress to prove to my parents, then stress to prove to myself, followed by stress to show everyone that i have the capability

now? stress so that i don't want to get a lousy score and regret after that

yet the earth doesn't stop rotating while i am preparing for exams, getting stress over exams, doing my exam papers, wasting away minutes, hours, days and weeks studying things that i am going to forget 99% of these thing right after the paper... it feels like i did my calculations wrong

Haven't blog for a super long time, since last term's exam when i am cracking up i think

Main cause i've been occupied with lots and lots of activities going on, thus too lazy to keep track of everything and also not keen into blogging it all

Just to do abit of keeping-track:
soon after holis, went m'sia to have abit of catching up with my beloved cousins, as wells as seeing how much my nieces and nephews grew! (or rather how fast time flies) and then watch the lovely dovey couple get married=)) had been pampered by all my aunts and grandma into all the wonderful meals they cooked, which could nv be tasted in sg. i swear i gained weight from this trip.. hahahahx =)

a couple of days later after the m'sia trip, i went to thailand with fellow monsters + sherlin -
had lots and lots of shopping, went praying at the 4-faced buddha, went to have our fav wanton mee @ chinatown, see sherlin and her amazing liking for phadthai, 6 ppl moving mattress to sleeping in the living room despite having 2 separated rooms, witnessed belinda's crazy reading speed of finishing 'new moon' in 2 nites and abit more on the plane. And best of all is everyone's shopping mania, and our poor couple of legs have to suffer =/ All in all, everyone had a wonderful experience @ BANGKOK=D

and when i am back in sg, my relatives from m'sia (totalling up to a no. of 20 ppl) came visiting at my home (with all staying at my home; isnt my house amazing? sleeping up to ~24ppl hahahax).. and by this time its x'mas! MERRY CHRISTMAS!! hope that i've been a passable host and everyone enjoyed shopping in sg and had fun=)

after which is left me with one more week to school reopen. got my results during this period of time, in which my results is above my expectation. good for me!=D

Now i am stepping into the 3rd week of school. i've been crazy over animes and dramas for the past 2-3 weeks... today i've just finished the final episode of 'YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL' *oh my tian...sooooooo sweeettttttttttt =)))))))* i feel like watching it again!!!! HAHAHAH
nahz time to keep my studies in track.
no doubt my study load is slacker than last semester, even with my additional elective which i am not required to for this sem
but this elective got its exam 1.5hr starting after my other core module's exam paper
which makes it impt that i prepared ahead of planned exam schedule.
and add/drop period ended 4 hours ago
hope i've not made the wrong decision =)

The feel, the air, the smell especially when it rains, the sounds of birds chirping, ocassionally a car/motor passing by, resembles too much.
reminds me of the place, this place which i love so much, yet go back only twice a year.
i once have a thought: it would be so damn nice to study in such an environment..
yes indeed, the environment i am in now: the quietness; peace (when i choose to be ignorant of the stiff competition, people mugging all ard me, of this place is a school), and fresh air
yet, the people are not ard me. oh man i just miss them so much.

Hais.... exams coming again!!!

busy with mugging for 7 papers (though to be more precise is 5 papers, yet its 5 freaking horrible papers)
busy with preparing for developmental bio test
busy with trying to produce a good report on time, in the midst of mugging other modules

busy with... trying to have a balance life, but failed miserably
yes i realised that while making myself concentrate more on my studies, i miss out and forgot alot alot of things, things which, studying should never comes on top of these,
things such as spending time at home, such as showing sincere care and concerns to friends, not really paying attention or listening to things you sharing, showing a dead face which plainly says "don't-talk-to-me", not really chatting or sharing etc...
not that i have alot of things to share on my current life now..

Much that i still don't feel any stress, when i should be given the amount of contents needed to be squeezed into my not-very-big brain,
I cannot don't study just because i am not feeling stress; i can't afford to slack at this time.

No idea for what reasons, I am not feeling stress for exams; maybe i'm so numbed by this GPA system, after going thru it for the 9th time. Or maybe I gave up on struggling to maintain 2nd upper class honours? Or maybe I just have some source-unknown, groundless confidence that i will do fine for my exams. HAHA

I must persevere!! I hate the feeling of regret and I don't want to. I don't want to take the risk of graduating with GPA 3.99 and bang myself in the wall at the end of it. I will score well, and I have to.

Biology, is interesting, no doubt

But studying FIVE biology modules, with one moment you are studying plant genomics, next moment you are doing human genetics tutorial, and following that is neurobiology, this is total madness.

To having a good lecturer and a good set of notes really really reduce the alot of pain.
By a good lecturer, I do not ask for alot; don't have to be humorous, don't have to be entertaining; just as long as its it CLEAR.
By a good set of notes, I don't ask for alot as well; doesn't matter if it explains everything (otherwise whats the use of a lecturer); as long as it is logical and not too overloaded.

Sounds reasonable yea? this is not a case for all modules, sadly. For some I don't catch what is sayin', for some the notes are not even there, some seems to have summarised the entire 3-inch textbook.

I really deeply appreciate it when the lecturer does prepare for the lecture. seriously.

back to the times when TT training nv fail to make my day,
reminds me of the forgotten tremendous passion i use to have for TT,
so much so i can't bear the thought that i will stop playing it for long. *total sian-ness*
Now that its been a couple of yrs since i stop playing regularly, 10 months that i last touch the table tennis table, somewhat the feel is almost gone - from miss, to greatly miss, to numbness, to not bothered anymore

Finding really really hard to concentrate,
Today, this thought suddenly struck me for real: why am I studying so hard?
Its true that with higher qualification brings you to finding a job in which the job scope interest you (assuming that you have chosen the right course)
Its true that, higher qualification is proportional to ur salary
But, so what if ur studies arent that good?
does that mean you cant pursue ur interest? no
does that mean you are gona to sleep on the streets? no
does that mean that, you are what people call 'lower class' ? definitely not
What I feel, is simply that we have taken different route in life
That's all.

ok, this shows that I've been drifting off into random thoughts,
that I havent been studying. In fact i haven't been studying whole day at all
I realised that i can concentrate better at 2-5am
thats freaking bad for health

nowadays, at the end of everyday, i heave a sigh of relief, which says:" the days is finally over".
yesterday after developmental bio lecture was declared ended, I sat there blankly, silent for a min. Next, I turned to my left and made a statement to my friend:" 我要退学".

oh my gosh.............
its really really horrible..

and i still have neurobiology, plant biology, cancer biology, human genetics
all biologies at one shot
might as well use a gun and shoot me in the head

我要退学 these 4 words, I've been using it since entering ntu, and after every semester exam I got the feeling of: 'I'M STILL ALIVE?!! oh yes I'm still alive and kicking! I see light! I see Miracle!'

Too much of excitment in the last few weeks such that I am unable to get myself back to the study mood and concentrate on studying. This is bad bad bad. In addition to that, I find myself having forgotten all the basic stuffs studied in the last sem, last year, even those dated back to poly year 1... that's freaking me out. And I am losing interest in the contents of the lecture, especially plant bio.. can i just stick back to my proper cells and bacteria and fungi?

School's starting AGAIN...
Can't believe 3 months had just passed by...

its been a wonderful 3 months;
I've rested so much that i almost rotted
I've played and had so much fun that i need to rest
I've taken so many photos that I highly suspect i can go broke if i were to develop them all
my only regret is that i haven spend much quality time with my family
people often say that you spend lesser and lesser time with your family as you grow up..
much that i don't like it, this seems to be a fact.
i should stop thinking abt this, its now 2.18am, bad time to get emo esp when theres a 8.30 lesson tmr

had a horrible job with not-too-bad salary; earned some pocketmoney

It feels soooooo superr long ago since i've last published a post.
but looking back at the number of days, it seems like its not so long after all! 1 weeks plus?
normally when time crawls, this indicates that either the days are super duper saddening/depressing, or theres so many many activities going on and you've accomplished alooot of things, thus it felt as if you've used up plenty of timee..

wells, for me, for the moment, ITS BOTH AMAZYINGLY!!

omg work sucks the life out of me. it always drained the energy out of me such that even when there's entertainment after work, the feeling is from excitment and anticipation at the beginning of the day, till sian abt it by the end of the day; at the end of a day of work, i simply feel like let myself drop dead in the bed, not think abt anything.. my mood would be really bad, intolerable and everything

but this time it was pretty ok=) perhaps it because i entered the company with a group of frens, and its only for 8 weeks. on top of it, there's a group of great-minds-think-alike frens who i can look forward to, to hang out with and nua together=D really thanks a big deal manz

Just had my birthday party @ costa sands resort pasir ris on friday

Its fantastic!

*My speech that day in case you missed it:*

I would like to thanks everyone ; my secondary school frens, all those from ngee ann poly, as well as everyone from fencing. I do know that, some have specially rescheduled your workshift, some come down straight down from work, and others have come all the way down to pasir ris to attend my birthday party. Thus, I really appretiate it from the bottom of my heart, and thank you very much for coming. (Even if you can't make it, I do understand and thanks still! )

Sorry if I have been a poor host, and I hope that everyone have enjoyed yourself.

I wish that, for all those who are working, you can enjoy your work, even if not, hope that you can have a nice boss, nice colleagues, at least not suffering=)

For everyone still looking for a job, like me, lets hope that we can find a job soon and not add on to the unemployment rate.

Lastly, for everyone still studying in uni, or going to, especially those that think we got a sad life, lets hope that we can have better lecturers, tutors, classmates, good project group mates. And most importantly GPA; wish that every one, if don't have GPA 5.0 nevermind, can get more than 4.5 good enough =p HAHA

Not in the speech; things that I want to say, but, partly its too long to say, as well as I think I might cry before I finish it. LOL

Everyone who I've invited, regardless you are my long time friend from secondary school, or poly, or just knew each other for less than a year in uni, all of you made an impact in my life. At different stage of my life, more or less, I am sure for certain period of time I have spent more time with you people than I spent with my family. And all these time that we spent together have became great memories which I believe I will never forget for the rest of my life. You made my time in school so much more fun and fulfiling that, it just flies by. Hope that we all can always keep in contact with each other, and have more fun, joy and laughter together!

So sorry of having made all of you help me with so many things and to have tired everyone out, especially with the second day bbq-ing, having to go buy the food, and do all the bbq-ing, and everything. it is so much so that, it feels like you have spent most of the time busy with the party stuffs than having fun and playing. the time which is supposed to be for volleyball and rollerblading and cycling at the beach had been changed to sleeping time. and also for belinda to injured herself and losing quite alot of blood when handling the tongs during bbq (I know you will come after me if I dun add in this HAHA), paiseh ah, hope ur poor finger recover soon..

I am really touched by the effort you took in choosing my birthday present ( the outfit at cutting cake), for you to hunt for something which I don't have, don't usually wear, interesting and entertaining to see me in, yet something I will wear... HAHAHHA... you all actually manage to find it and at perfect fitting size! gosh.. hahax.. I really love the present and I WILL WEAR IT, except for the ribbon... WAHAHHAHA... THANKS SO MUCH

Look forward to our batam/bintan trip in july!! I assure you that this trip will be of top piority and I will push away everything for this trip. hahax

its exactly 1 week since i finished exams

i am amazed by how i can put behind my studies and exams, and so quickly 'adapt' to my holiday life. from the very second i step home a week ago until now, i had the same routine daily :
watch tv, watch videos(finished Boys over flowers in 4 days, catch up with naruto and bleach and FMA brotherhood), not stepped out of the house except going ps with my family and swimming and running (i feel as if im in my 50s when running).
and that sums up my first week of holidays! =)

currently reading marley and me... time to do some readings..

and also cant wait for fencing training to start again.. otherwise i think i will really have flabs really soon with current lifestyle.. hahax =)

at the moment, i feel really lazy at looking for a temp job.. and even more so at working.. to find a job and adapt to another work environment, to once again socialise and learn new stuffs.. simply dun feel like it.. but i need to work and earn some pocket money!! as well as not to waste too much of my life away.. lol

ps: belinda! i am waiting for you to finish ur exams and we can all go v.ball badminton cycling kayaking.. and shopping and supper!

YAYY EXAMS FINALLY OVER!!!
*lag for 2 days =x*

and that marks the end of a semester YEAR as well!
=D

this year is filled with ups and downs, new experiences and so on..
first is hall stay
never had i left so long from home before
never had i missed home as much as i did, especially during exam period
when i go overseas or when i go for camps or chalets, i do miss home
but its mainly my mum's cooking..
after staying in hall, i realised that there is no place like home
a place so comfortable, with ur family, in a place you grow up in, a place which belongs to you, a place so familiar
a place irreplaceable
FINALLY I AM HOME!!!
i felt so bad when i have to go back hall, esp near exam period
i felt so bad when i treated home almost like a hotel, going home only during weekends
its not like i stay really that far that i cant travel, its more of because i am too lazy to travel back and fore, and i can't study at home
wells, thus one of my resolution for this holiday is to stay at home as much as possible
=)

next is academic wise.. i started off school aiming high aiming to do well
and i ended off aiming for a pass =(
i tot i am going to fail my biophysics the day before the paper
i tot i am going to fail my adv. biochem when doing the paper
i tot i am going to fail my virology after the paper
gosh
i dun even dare to think of the results

anyway its now H.O.L.I.D.A.Y.S finally!!!
the mood haven sunk into me yet...
but whatever it is, i have already tot of what i WANT TO DO and WHAT I DUN WANT TO DO!

what i dun wana do:
1)i am not going to touch my specs, and hope it will recover to my pre-exam-period degree *it got so bad that one day, without specs i cant see who is infront me 5m away!! * *i used to not wear any specs..*

2) no textbooks

3) no thinking about results

what i want to do:
1) i wana EXERCISE!! i can almost feel my muscles all turned into fats and sagging..
i din run at all, barely walked much, only sit and eat and study for nearly 2 FREAKY WHOLE MONTHS!!!

2) i wana PLAY!!!

3) i wana SHOP!!

4) i wana meet up with EVERYONE!! because of school and hall stay, i haven meet up with my frens for so long... LETS MEET OUT !!!

5) i hope to find a job... need $$.. hahax..

I HATE EXAMS!!!

the only thing i like about exams, is that:
"exams are coming" ---> translation---> " we have completed the syllabus"
and also " holidays are near"

i am already picturing myself on the day before last day of exam, when i finally finished studying bioinfo, and smiling to myself alone in the room *sounds so psychotic*

I am going to pack, say bye bye to my room, which served me well for the past 9 months, home sweet home, sleep, wake up, dinner, and tv until i fell asleep again

before that, i must survive the other modules,
I don't want to regret not doing well this sem, which i know perfectly well the impact of not doing well for a sem might have on the honours at the end of 3 years

In my dreams: I am packing my luggage, pulling my luggage, at changi airport, going to travel the world; quitted school, abandoned my studies, no more worries about grades, transcript, work.

In reality: I have not finished my assignments, no time to start studying. haven lay a finger on bioinfo and management, not even read the notes. so lost in biochem and biophysics. texts of viro and immunology doesnt seem to form memory in my hippocampus.

Dear Diary,

I am now feeling very happy and refreshed. Today's training is great! Thanks for the time, energy and patience=)) I will improve! hahahax...

The past few days has been horribly tiring. All the madness of studying for test, rushing through assignments and the 100-level-online-quiz. Ahhhhhhh..... And there's more to come!! hais... I feel that I am abit too relax recently. Not as stress as last sem. *SQ, whatever it is, you must still do your best!*

Now that all activities have come to a halt, its time for me to concentrate on my studies! Concentrate! focus! No more sports until after exam! NOOOOO.. *SQ, no more playing! you can play until you DROP after exams*

10mins ago i was feeling so stress because of the 7 chapters for virology test tmr.
5 mins ago i was feeling so shocked-> so relieved -> even more moody, upon learning that only the first 3 chapters is tested
and now, I am ------------- . I duno. At peace when I dun think about results, and became horribly stress when I do.
My heart is going to break down one day, from the constant acceleration/ deceleration of heartbeat every now and then.
It is possible to study for the joy of studying instead of for GPA and honours?
if only GPA doesn't count...

Will there be a day when i just study for my own interest and ignore the grades?
I can feel that day is coming soon..

I DON'T KNOW A SINGLE THING ABOUT BIOPHYSICS AND BIOCHEM!!!

i am going nuts from these 2 modules
i am totally clueless on what is going on
i dread looking at the lecture notes, which doesnt seem to give me much info
i dread attending to these lectures, which seems to be in any tribal language other than english
i couldnt link the theories together, it looks like anatomy to me; couldn't find the meaning/explaination.

i am tired. i am stressed. i experiencing lack of sleep. i haven seen my mum for the 3rd week. i don't feel like doing nothing. i need to rant. i need more time. i am not in any mood for cny. i only wish for enlightenment in biophysics and biochem at the moment.

#1: shuqing's lab technique is deproving!
- did not swab her workdesk before start of experiment
- improper handling / 'shaking' of her sample after centrifugation
- decanting supernatent = pouring out
- adding incorrect volume of reagents
- not wearing gloves when handling samples

-she is studying principles and methods of biophysics, when her last physics lesson was 4 years ago in Os combine physics. the only thing she remembers from physics is the existence of something called the 'right-hand rule', because it looks cool

- she is taking advance biochemistry, with no relavent knowledge of 1)biophysical chemistry, 2) organic chemistry, 3) biochemistry I, 4) biochemistry II *modules taught in year 1*

anyone majoring in physics and chem. biochem willing to give me extra tuition?

I'VE GOTTEN BACK MY RESULTS!!!

oh my gosh.. its like.. FINALLY I GOT BACK MY RESULTS!

wells.. its OK i can say.. neither bad nor excellent

i have imagined the best, as well as the worst.

now that i have seen the outcome of what i thought to be my-best-effort, i can concentrate more on what i wana achieve next year.

one. first is of course on studies, top piority

two. i wan go overseas exchange!!! i hope to go on overseas exchange in my 3rd year!!

three. learn to not get myself too stress and know how to destress and relax. try to control my mood a little, at least not get people around me affected

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

great christmas celebration this year!!

~sunday I had a christmas steamboat dinner with the monsters~

~monday had a chalet/ bbq with my fencing mates~

~tuesday met jie ying to play table tennis, followed by zhang wen for yoga!~

*the first yoga session in my life. to sum up my first yoga experience, its basically ALOT ALOT of stretching, and SUPER tired at the end of it..*

~wednesday was christmas party with the JY-and-family-cum-the-monsters!~

and today is a day to stay at home and have plenty of rest.. hahaha

yupps=)
the only down part of this year's christmas is that i dun have any shopping mood AT ALL

by this time last year, i would have seen the christmas deco @ orchard, happily shopped at various shopping malls, looking out for all the fabulous sales

etc etc

but im not grumbling!

in fact i enjoyed this year's dec holiday way way more than last year=))

perhaps its because this holiday is also a celebration for the end of my first sem in uni

*the veryveryvery horrible, hair-pulling, want-to-kill-myself, most down down period of my life (other than during attachment)*

this holiday is also one of the most fulfilling holiday=))

1)went back m'sia to visit my beloved relatives

2)great experience being gl for kids world camp

3) fencing training on 1,3,5, and meeting different ppl/resting for the other alternate days

4) others- playing TT/TT competitions, spectator for fencing competition, yoga, bbq/chalet, steamboat, party!!

so basically i experienced almost everything this holiday!! =DDD

Bored!

Year 2008 is coming to an end once again. I dun feel like reading books, and dun feel like watching videos also! In the end, I went back look back at my blog posts for the past one year.

This year, is a year filled with emotions, and new experiences.

It started off with the last month of poly education, having my last practical session, last lecture, last-and-most-important FYP presentation, accompanied by alot of flashbacks on previous education.

I also had my last table tennis competition, in a team that is. hahax

Then is celebrating CNY at my grandma's house. I said last time that this may be one of the last time where all of us (cousins and relatives) gather together. Now, my view still remains. I cant foresee the next time i go back.. Anyway, this is one of the best CNY celebration.=)

Meanwhile, I was struggling with what course to take for uni.. I told myself i wun regret my choice. And I din.. Maybe cause there is no other course for me to choose? hahax (since i have no confidence in scoring well at all even in this course, let alone other courses??!) lol

This is the period of time where I had like 2 posts per day, overwhelmed with emotions etc etc. followed by this is work work and more work ( somewhere in march till july)

In the midst of working is my graduation ceremony=)

den is the start of uni life!
started off fantastic, increasing pressure in the middle, dying towards the end
LOL
and now here I am! at the end of another year.

Look back a year ago, I had achieved my resolution for the year, that is:
to choose a uni course and not regreting the choice ( which i've already done)
to be closer to my family (yupps i think i did=) )

and my resolution for 2009? haven't thought abt it... after i get my results i think.. hahax

Life is great so far, AFTER EXAMS

3rd to 5th dec I had Kids World camp, and 6th-9th dec I went to m'sia for my cousin's wedding, as well as to visit my grandma, aunts uncles cousins nephew and niece=))
a few years back they were just babies, still rmb my aunt bathing them, and its 7 babies at one go!
and now they are all ready for school!! =)
once again, time pass really fast
and just by looking at them brightens up my life

they fight with each other, bully each other, the loser cries.
my cousin bought new shoes for her daughter, the niece bring the shoes and show it to the nephew, the nephew threw it on the floor, and they start screaming and yelling at each other.
and next day they play with each other once again, with occassional screaming and crying

Back in singapore
I guess I am too used to both m'sia and s'pore envir after so many years
coming back to s'pore wasn't as emotional as before
it feels more like going for a 4D 3N chalet and going back home
I do feel sad and I miss the people and place, but this is where I live and where my life is; where I belong.
hometown had been a place filled with childhood memories, was a place to catch up with childhood buddies, is a place of visitation and relaxation.
and that summarise everything.

recently i have been enjoying my life, one day training, next day stay at home rest and watch anime, video, then is training again, and followed by more resting and slacking- the life which i yearn for, which seems unattainable during school time.

Thus, currently I am resting all I can, staying at home, eating homecooked food as much as I could, before school starts all over again. that horrible period of time.

As we grow up, everyone change, have their own beliefs, pursue their own dreams. I don't believe in 'forever'.

But, I always look forward to the next time we meet up.

last night, while i was studying halfway, all of a sudden i realised how messy my table was.
and i was so impressed with how i am still able to 'nagivate' myself around.
and the next moment, i recalled something my mum told me when i was still in primary school... all the way until secondary school... and in poly i 'kindly' helped her say this when i knew she is going to nag at me:

" 你看你的东西那么乱，书跟纸满地都是。考大学啊？!"

i just finished my biostatistic paper... its HORRIBLE!
i took my own sweet time thinking 2hrs 30mins is more than enough time
and in the end have to rush thru.
within 25mins, i rushed thru a 15marks qns (and not knowing how to do a 8 marks qns), and came up with a biomedical example to proof type I (alpha) error.
not forgetting the fact that i din check thru the whole paper. meaning. there is a high probability i din complete a qns or 2 somewhere in the middle, given my style in exams.
yupps

so thats what happened to my 2nd paper

damn

lost of confidence. totally lost. if there is something essential that is needed for extraction of memory from the brain, i think its either mutated or gone.

anyway what i want to say is:
on friday, i have finally finished most of the assignments.FINALLY
after devoting almost 2 weeks on just ASSIGNMENTS
and I was almost dead by then
and so i gave myself a 2 days break=))

on fri night went out with the monsters to have a steamboat supper! its a celebration for winnie's bdae as well=))
den on sat went to orchard!! *omg almost forgot what orchard looks like*
with zw and pat. to wisma to taka to far east

and i rotted in front of the tv for the whole of sat night

and today, back to study

I just realised that
once i started lagging behind and not keeping up constantly with my work
it takes twice the effort to catch up

today i look at my physio, and i realised i totally forgot the contents right from the start

last 2 days had been WONDERFUL

-went out to parkway parade,
-went to shuswen's 21st bday party=)) *happy birthday!!*
-watched tv for like 5-6 hours straight
-slept for 10hours ++

simply fantastic

now back to reality,
have to rush for assignments and read my textbookS and memorise my stacks of notes

i am conscious of the fact that almost every post is about me and my notes my school work my sleepless nights, my assignment my tests my modules,
overall: my school life
and its so damn boring
but thats my life
and i am telling the truth; this is current me life
and i am not complaining
i am studying what i sought after
i am learning new skills,
life skills which i may never have the chance to learn upon entering workforce,
doing things that may be now-or-never
i am making full use of my time, leading a fulfiling life.
i am working towards my goal, which i may or may not achieve
i am enjoying myself
i am a happier person than i am during the holidays

i am a mugger who is just doing the best to leave no regrets
